As a senior healthcare manager I helped some of the world’s most innovative leaders in medicine share their knowledge. Unifying experts and independently navigating complex healthcare systems was critical to my success launching new programs. 


After more than a decade in teaching hospitals I found myself drawn to the start-up world where I worked on everything from Business Development to Pitch Decks to User Experience. I’ve also undertaken numerous side projects such as: career coaching, acting as a legal liaison, and serving my community as the Vice-Chair of Melrose Public Schools SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council). 


Although I have enjoyed projects spanning a wide range of topics, developing content to market my own expertise has undoubted been my most valuable experience, because it afforded me the opportunity to walk in my clients shoes.

BRANDING

Branding is the north star of all content development.  What problem are you solving for your customers? Who are your customers and how do you improve their lives? I distill the answers to these questions when establishing your brand. Successful branding not only helps potential customers understand what your business can do for them, it also gives employees a purpose and promotes a collaborative and innovative work environment. Every employee at every level should be able to understand and relay a company’s value proposition. 

STRATEGY

I take a holistic approach to every project regardless of the size or scope. Researching your brand, products and culture helps me determine the content required to achieve your desired outcome. If you’re considering outside consultation, there is a good chance some underlying problem is standing in the way of success. Information gleaned from failures is key to getting it right the next time. An effective consultant achieves both short term goals and positions clients to sustain the momentum. I work with employees at every level in a friendly non-threatening way to ensure a clear path going forward.

USER EXPERIENCE

I will draw on my experience with User Acceptance Testing to bring fresh eyes to your pages and give you strategies to improve your UX & design.
